The position exists to ensure the quality assurance and control, integrity and compliance of the network, data, information and systems managed by the organization Information Systems. Incumbent will work to ensure that policies and procedures are in compliance with quality and regulatory requirements. Incumbent will design and administer testing programs to determine if policies and procedures are being followed by departmental staff and provide reporting and recommendations to reduce non-compliance. QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
  • Requires professional certification or the ability to obtain such certification within three years of employment.
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in an applicable discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Requires superior analytical abilities; both technical and functional.
  • Requires the ability to deal with complex functional specifications and determine how to best implement them technically.
  • Requires excellent verbal and written communications skills and the ability to work with a wide variety of individuals.
  • Requires the ability to condense and interpret complex issues.
  • Requires the ability to prioritize multiple complex projects; deadlines and processes with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Requires knowledge in business applications.
  • Requires the ability to facilitate work groups.
  • Requires the ability to acquire and apply knowledge of the organization policies and procedures .

  • Requires five plus years of progressively more responsible experience in a medium to large computing environment.
  • Requires extensive experience in multiple areas of information technology; services and applications.

  • Requires the ability to promote teamwork and build effective relationships.
