Group Sales Representative Experienced in Sales Prudential's Group Insurance (GI) Sales & Account Management (SAM) team is seeking a Group Sales Representative who will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with insurance brokers in an assigned territory. The Representative will be expected to generate measurable quote activity, broker visits and sales results. Reporting to the Regional Vice President, the Representative will be required to retain profitable business.
        Daily activities include but are not limited to: reviewing Request for Proposals (RFPs), discussing Plan features or enhancements with a consultant to better serve the needs of the client and their employees. partnering with Underwriting, Contracts and Compliance Departments. professionally negotiating with internal and external stakeholders. supporting Prudential's Group Insurance presence in the marketplace. managing an assigned book of business with renewal persistency, adding issue goals. managing within field underwriting guidelines a business pricing pool.
