Maintains confidentiality of CDS Global and its clients' proprietary information.
Opens, sorts and batches incoming customer mail, including filling out the header and creating cash reports and log pages according to specific criteria.
Balances the checks to the headers before releasing them to the depositing area.
Encodes checks to ready them for depositing.
Completes deposit tickets to ready the payments for bank processing.
Receives batches of transactions from the Team Coordinator and reads the batch header to determine the transaction format.
Keys transactions to be entered, to ensure proper edit checks, keys or makes changes on the header information and keys individual transactions from the source document.
Performs balancing functions by verifying what was typed from a batch to what was batched, making adjustments to the header or system as needed.
Rebatches documents from a batch to be re keyed correctly.
Follows Knowledge for Pay departmental training criteria.
Adheres to CDS Global attendance policies; reports to work station as directed by management.
Follows all CDS Global ergonomic and safety policies.
Assumes additional responsibilities as requested (or required).
Attends cross training sessions.
Assists Team Leader and Team Coordinator in performing administrative or management duties as requested.
Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Typing skills - 35 WPM.
10 key skills - 10500 KSPH.
Ability to analyze and process data.
