Serve as the direct point of contact supporting UBS Branch Office personnel nationwide responding to inquiries, resolving issues and helping our clients in the field to navigate UBS products and services. This role will specialize in areas related to the periodic reporting of client's accounts , including monthly statements, annual tax reporting and performance reporting. Act as a liaison between branches and home office operational specialists to further resolution on more complex matters. Supply continuous feedback on trends and areas of improvement necessary to improve the client experiences and the overall team performance. Participate in training and development to build and sharpen existing, as well as, new skills. Requirements • Customer service experience
