The Cook is responsible for providing wholesome quality foods to patients. S/he prepares cafeteria meals according to standards and procedures meeting the established specifications.
Food and Nutrition
Experience in quantity food preparation and cold food production required. Two to three years experience in health care food production preferred. Training and/or experience in nutrition preferred. Must be able to work as part of a team and to communicate pleasantly and effectively.
High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required. Associate in Arts Degree (AA) in Culinary Arts preferred.
Varied days; 6:00am-2:30pm (varied hours); alternate weekends.
