The Rehabiliatation Clinical Specialist is responsible for the development and oversight of orientation, education, and competency programs for the agency's rehab clinical staff. The Rehab Clinical Specialist will lead and participate in program development, quality improvement activities and ensure that measures are in place to monitor quality of care standards are being followed.
A portion of this job includes direct patient care, providing treatment to patients in their home setting according to established policies and practice standards. Responsibilities include initial admission, ongoing patient evaluations, developing and implementing a plan of care in order to attain clinical and functional goals.

Graduate of an accredited Bachelor of Physical Therapy program and approved by the American Physical Therapy Association; Master’s degree preferred and 5 years of experience in an inpatient and/or community health setting.

Work Schedule:
Full time (37.50 hours/week) hourly position with benefits. No weekends or holidays.
