The Senior Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for the highest level of regression testing, load testing, integration testing, and issue resolution tracking and reporting for our top priority project, the next generation of our integrated court information system (iCISng).

Minimum education and/or experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or business related field and a minimum of five (5) years of experience in a technology environment. An equivalent combination of education and job related experience may substitute on a year-for-year basis.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Position requires skill to review, analyze, and evaluate information. Must have experience with automated testing. Must have excellent analytical and organizational skills; could involve experience with leading a small number of technical professionals. Must have excellent writing skills. Position requires the ability to create test plans and articulate success measures for evaluating software in the development phase of a project. Must have good problem-solving skills. Position requires the ability to relate well with both business and technical staff. Must have the ability to mentor and train less experienced staff members. Position requires the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing. Experience with regression, load and integration testing.
Prefer red education and/or experience:
Experience in the creation of automated test cases and scripts. Knowledge of iCIS or any other judicial case and financial management system; knowledge of court case processing (preferred, but not required) or any testing certifications (i.e. ISTQB, ASTQB, CTFL, CAST, CSTE, CMST, etc.)
Required: A valid Arizona driver’s license
NOTE : Degrees/credits must be from an academically accredited college or university as recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (USDE) or the Council for Higher Education (CHEA).
Essential Job Tasks:
Provide senior level expertise on high level system testing algorithms and methodologies. Oversee and participate in the development of high level test plans, test scripts, and execution of test scripts to ensure the delivery of quality software and information systems. Identify and document errors and inconsistencies in the functionality, usability, and performance of software. Provide software quality assurance support to multiple software development and maintenance projects by creating, performing and maintaining manual and/or automated testing plans. Ensure proper coordination and communication with customers and internal staff to identify and resolve customer problems and concerns associated with supported software applications. May be responsible for training, supervising, and assigning work to a small number of positions, although this is not the primary function of this job.
