Position Summary:

Global Employment Services (GES) tax professionals help clients develop tax-aligned compensation and benefits programs that address their global and domestic needs. Professionals are comprised of global compensation, benefits, and international assignments practitioners who work with clients to streamline their programs while managing tax effectiveness, risks, and costs. These services are designed to assist clients with developing the strategies, processes, and technologies that affect their staff and operations on a worldwide scale.

The GES service line is made up of several specialist groups:

Risk, Talent and Rewards (RTR)

IAS Tax Consulting and Compliance

International Human Resources (IHR)

Compensation and Benefits

Technology and Transformation

Global Mobility Transformation (GMT) is an offering under the RTR competency umbrella. The GMT team focuses on providing strategic support and direction to global companies looking to align their investment in the deployment of employees internationally with business and talent development objectives in order to realize competitive advantage. Based on the GMT team's vast experience and proven methodologies, they are able to help companies define their global mobility strategy and identify program enhancements (policy, operations, technology) needed to transition the current state global mobility program to the desired future state.

The existing opportunity within the GMT team is for a Manager. The role involves the provision of support to global organizations in need of guidance and support from global mobility subject matter specialists to align the global mobility function with broader business needs. As a Manager, you will support other managers, senior managers and above.

· Prepare materials to facilitate workshops and client presentations

· Research and collect industry data to benchmark against client practices

· Assist in the development of project plans, timelines and budgets

· Support team members in multiple geographic locations

· Provide direction and oversight to Staff team members, as needed

The successful candidate will have the following attributes:

· Highly organized

· Confident and effective communicator (email/telephone/face to face)

· Strong presentation skills

· An ability to leverage past experience to develop customized solutions to fit client needs

· Attention to detail with a focus on quality

· Ability to multi-task

· Deadline and result driven

· Enthusiastic and of questioning nature

· Proficiency with Microsoft Power Point, Project and Excel

· An aptitude for working as part of a global team with diverse members
