Verigent, a nationwide Telecom and IT Staffing firm, has an opening in Arlington, VA for an experienced Help Desk Technician.
This is a 9 month contract opportunity. If selected, you will work as a Verigent employee on contract to our client.
Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software on Dell/HP laptops, desktops, Xerox/HP network/desktop printers, installing peripherals (BB's, scanners, printers etc), working with a ticketing system (Remedy and SM7), working in a team and individual environment
Ability to learn by on the job training, shadowing current employees and retaining what is taught
Also able to be flexible with processes and procedures that are always changing
Some on call work will be required on occasion
