High School Diploma required.
6 months of experience in a customer service position.
Basic computer skills to include Windows, Microsoft Office, Operating System.
Basic knowledge of insurance plans, coverage types, and medical terminology.
Able to multi task with numerous interruptions.
Complete all quality assurance errors identified within appropriate time.
Communicate effectively with all levels of staff and departments.
You must currently work in the Patient Registration Department to apply for this position.
