Job Title: Resource Engineer (Diffusion)
Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer or Customer Engineer is a plus, but will also consider Equipment Engineers or Maintenance Technicians for some positions.
Summary: NSTAR Global Services is searching for Technicians or Engineers with strong troubleshooting and maintenance experience on 150mm or 200mm Diffusion equipment. This position is located in Wilmington, MA. Candidates should be local or have the ability to relocate.
Job Responsibilities
Ø This position could involve the following on various Diffusion systems:
Sustaining maintenance (PM’s / CM’s)
Equipment down support / troubleshooting
Tool conversions / Upgrades
Requirements and Qualifications:
Ø Proficient on the toolset(s) below by completing repairs, installs, maintenance, or other assigned tasks while actively responding to FAB issues with limited support or assistance.
Diffusion equipment (150mm or 200mm)
Ø Ability to effectively use hand tools, meters, scopes, and other pertinent specialized equipment.
Ø Well developed technical communication skills, as well as strong and effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ø Ability to understand customer process and assume responsibility for customer satisfaction.
Ø Flexibility to work on shifts (8 to 12 hours), overtime, stand-by, on-call, holidays, etc when required.
Physical Requirements:
The physical demands described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Ø Strong manual dexterity and ability to lift, pull or push objects weighing up to 50lbs.
Ø Ability to work in constrictive attire and sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
Ø Strong hand to eye coordination.
Ø Ability to work at elevated heights (i.e. on ladders, stools or other assistive devices).
Ø Ability to work in confined spaces.
Other Desired Qualifications:
Ø Valid Driver’s License
Ø Ability to pass a background and drug screen.
Computer Skills: Basic Microsoft Windows and Office knowledge
