• Act as panel leader for professionally-trained descriptive panels (includes sample check-in and issuing reports) • Design and/or run internal and/or external consumer testing projects (qualitative and quantitative) • Method/process development to insure panel performance • Lead and/or participate with children's and other special population panels • Develop sensory specifications for raw ingredients and finished products • Direct/coordinate plant and vendor training
