Serve as liaison between advertisers and company’s internal departments to ensure all client needs are met. Meet all contractual requirements for advertising campaigns. Traffic various types of ad products and technologies via ad server. Gather client design requirements for online media campaigns and work with in-house designers and outside vendors. Manage launch of new custom units to ensure technical campaign and revenue goals are met. Analyze ad campaign delivery reports and provide recommendations to Sales Representatives and clients for the optimization of poorly performing ad placements. Retain client base. Serve as Team Lead, training and mentoring other Account Managers.
Bachelor’s in Marketing or Business Administration ; 2 years of experience in job offered or as a Media Coordinator/Planner; 2 years experience in digital advertising account management; and 1 year of experience with Excel. All experience may be concurrent.
