Job Summary:
Account Manager: Through relationships, creates and builds upon the strategy for Pedigree Technologies through the development, coordination and promotion of focused activities ensuring that client (and/or partner) and Pedigree’s needs are met offering outstanding value-added services while best practices are supported. This role will focus on growing existing business relationships.

Knowledge and Skills:
Typically, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business is highly desired or a combination of education and experience
One year of successful related experience to include Sales, Account Management, and/or Relationship Management
Working knowledge of SalesForce.com
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Strong communication skills – verbal and written
Ability to work collaboratively with others, excellent team skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments; prioritize and meet deadlines; work with cross functional teams; develop and meet goals; and deliver results within prescribed specifications
PC skills required; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other graphic packages, etc.
Able to present information in forms, tables, and spreadsheets
Travel may be required, depending upon client/partner location(s)

Job Responsibilities:
Monitor customer satisfaction levels and issues lists and ensure timely follow up is being performed
Develop and refine implementation methodologies in terms of building tools and templates, verify all steps are completed on every project
Ensure all communications are completed – including weekly status updates, executive updates, etc.
Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities for specific projects
Work closely with and support the entire service teams - to provide hands-on support related to new projects and existing installations
Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
Be accountable for project results
Provide specific project schedules to identify when project tasks will be performed
Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
Create and build upon new and/or existing client/partner relationships through the successful offering of Pedigree Technologies software (and hardware)
Confer with department management, product management, channel management and support/service/training staff to outline work plans. Communicate status of client progress to appropriate management to include the preparation and presentation of interim and completed project reports. Reports to include service levels.
Provide special reports and analysis regarding Pedigree Technologies customer/partner needs, trends, etc.
Exhibit desirable and appropriate professional behavior including integrity, ability to learn, results orientation, ability to interact effectively with others, team player, sense of urgency and quality to the achievement of individual, department and corporate goals
