Global Cards Client Service Advisors serve as the primary contact for telephone and email service requests from SVB clients and colleagues. CSA’s are responsible for navigating, researching, solving and/or escalating a variety of client service inquiries. Setting client expectations and delivering consistent service to satisfy the client is a critical deliverable in this role. This includes the ability to identify client problems/issues, to escalate issues as appropriate and to educate, demonstrate and influence client adoption of self servicing where applicable.

In addition, CSA’s are responsible for accuracy and timeliness of their work, This requires solid time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.

Skills and Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in a direct client contact role within the financial services industry with Credit Card experience highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to understand client issues, set client expectations and facilitate resolution while mitigating bank risk.
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment utilizing multiple systems and platforms. Proficient on Microsoft Office products… must be internet savvy; knowledge of various browsers is a plus.
Bachelors degree or equivalent is preferred. Minimum 2+ years experience in financial services industry (preferably Credit Cards).
