Please visit our website at to apply for this position or view other exciting opportunities.Responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of Rich's global external communications program. Serve as Strategic Communications Business Partner for Rich's International Business Group. Corporate Communications' Develop, manage, and execute a comprehensive external and internal communication strategy to reinforce and enhance Rich's brand and global reputation.' Serve as primary media relations strategist and company spokesperson including contacting and pitching the media on a proactive basis. ' Provide strategic and tactical internal communications support to corporate initiatives as appropriate. ' Drafts a wide variety of materials including press releases, briefs, business updates, executive presentations, speeches, etc. ' Builds measurability into programs; analyzes and reports on the effectiveness of external projects and campaigns.International Strategic Communications' Serve as Communications business partner for Rich's International Business Group and provide internal/external communications support.' Participate on International Steering/Leadership Team, providing external and internal communications advice and counsel as necessary.' Build long term relationships with leaders and advise on PR opportunities to drive PR strategy and ensure alignment across international regions.North American Business Group Support ' Oversees the company's PR agency relationships and deliverables.' Align external communications strategies to the company's brand marketing strategy.' Responsible for other duties as assigned.
What do I need to be considered a candidate? Bachelor's degree in communications, public relation or related field. Master's degree preferred.Minimum 10 years of experience in broad communications/public relations/marketing experience. International experience preferred.Demonstrated experience in successful communications work including strategic planning, development of key messages and flawless execution of communications tactics that drive positive business results.Must possess excellent communications skills, both verbal and written, as well as experience working with all levels of management especially senior/executive leaders. Respond to all levels of staff with tact and assertiveness, and communicate conflicting deadlines and realistic estimations of project completion.Experience with developing communications strategies and tactics for an international/global business preferred. Working knowledge of digital PR channels and social media communications practices preferred. Experience working with outside communications agency/vendors a plus.Travel required (approximately 10-15%) including domestic and international.
