Senior Developer
5+ years PL/SQL development, creation and maintenance of PL/SQL packages, functions and stored procedures
Ability to debug, troubleshoot and solve complex PL/SQL issues and the ability to reverse-engineer existing code into functional requirements
PL/SQL tuning and performance
Experience using source control software (Subversion or PVCS)
Ability and willingness to mentor development staff
Ability to create functional requirements and technical designs from business requirements. Effectively communicate technical decisions to non-technical staff
Experience working closely with JAVA application development team
