KASEMAN, LLC is currently searching for a qualified Construction Manager for upcoming projects. Qualified applicants must have a minimum of seven years experience, project management work in Engineering and/or the Construction industry.
Responsibilities:
Functional Responsibilities:
Qualified applicants should be experienced with Project Management Principles and have the ability to interpret and train across multiple Engineering scopes and Construction documentation.
Major Duties:
Provides on-site construction management and technical guidance
Delivers specialized training and instruction.
Serves as part of the overall planning process and in the development and coordination of training programs.
Develops course contents, lesson plans and student manuals.
Leads the evaluation process to determine the effectiveness of the training and makes recommendations for improvement.
Develops course scheduling and coordinates effort with the Government to ensure calendar non confliction of events.
Qualifications: Qualified applicants must possess the following:
Must have a strong background in construction to include understanding construction drawings, build out schedules, and project coordination
Review construction documents to verify specific dimensioning, tolerances and adherence to organization or industry standard practices.
Operate with some latitude for independent decision-making.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Project.
Experience working with US Government agencies/ federal government arena is a plus.
Qualifications:
Seven years of experience working in the construction management arena as a project manager, including supporting the planning, programming, project development, implementation, and monitoring facility design and construction.
Expert knowledge of either basic engineering or construction principles.
Supervising or administering a training program.
Development or review of training/course materials, aids, devices, etc., and evaluation of training results.
Work in the occupation or subject-matter field of the position to be filled that required training or instructing others on a regular basis.
At least seven years of government/office/ corporate/field construction experience.
Expert knowledge of government procurement procedures.
Ability to interact professionally with all levels within a government organization.
Ability to work in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
Prior military service highly desirable.
Worldwide travel required.
Secret Clearance.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Preferred.
