Operating under moderate supervision, the Application Consultant delivers software application solutions requiring varied interpersonal and technical skills. As an individual or within a team he/she will work on projects to meet specific customer requirements. Performance is typically evaluated based on utilization, and contractual deliverables and customer satisfaction.
Daily tasks include but are not limited to:
Work directly with clients via e-mail, phone, and on-site meetings to assess, design, document, build, deliver and test Kronos products and features.
Capture and document customer design requirements
Configure and implement software applications based on documented specifications
Test and deploy solutions of Kronos Workforce Management Suite or specific products
Undergraduate or Master's degree in technology, computer science, informatics or business
Experience, interest, and aptitude in technology and client services
Ability to manage specific tasks to completion with minimal direction
Demonstrated leadership abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to travel as needed (up to 50%)
