Responsible for the development of the system’s strategic internal communications strategy.
Develops system-wide internal communication priorities in support of senior management and KYOne mission and business objectives.
Oversees the day-day activities of the internal communications team as it applies to communications related services and counsel to the system service lines and other system organizations. Plans, coordinates, produces and evaluates communication strategy plans and other services in support of internal client objectives. The director will lead a group to ensure that the needs of the communications plan are achieved
- Bachelor’s degree in communications
Ten years of experience working in the communications field, including at a senior level, with five years of experience supervising communications specialists
. Strong account management skills to manage the needs of the service lines. Ability to write communication business plans and tactical plans. Ability to work in a team environment and offer constructive feedback and direction to support team goals. Other qualifications include strong understanding of the role and daily operation of agencies and other vendors and strong knowledge of the interactive mediums of communication.
