We have an exciting opportunity for a National Accounts District Sales Manager (DSM). In this role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your relationship skills by managing a territory of named National Accounts selling our full suite of solutions including HR/Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labor Management, Tax and Finance Solutions, Pre-employment Services and Retirement Services. The National Accounts District Sales Manager compensation package includes a base salary, training subsidy and commission schedule as well as a car allowance and much more. Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have .

Education:
BS degree in Marketing or Business Administration or equivalent in education and experience.
E xperience: Experience as an ADSM, DSM, Major Accounts District Manager or equivalent sales position with in depth knowledge of National Accounts’ products and services. Proven ability to effectively prospect into C Suite and continually achieve or exceed assigned sales quota. Excellent sales skills with a high level of proficiency in persuasive communications. Keen discovery skills and a desire to challenge prospects to improve their business processes. Proven proficiency in “account plan” development and implementation of related sales strategies required. Knowledge of National Account product capabilities versus competitor product strengths/weaknesses. Proven ability to canvass, qualify, analyze needs, present/demo, and close National Account prospects.
