Minimum Requirements:
Master’s Degree in an Engineering or Scientific Field and minimum 15 years progressively complex experience specific to one or more of the disciplines contained in the job function. No less than 6 years of experience must demonstrate the ability to develop, edit, evaluate, manage and publish technical documentation, program material, and doctrine.

We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert IV for our office in Camp Smith, Hawaii.


Provide subject matter expertise pertaining to one or more of the following disciplines: Experimentation and assessment of new or existing materiel and non-material capabilities involving Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) in the following mission areas:
Counter Terrorism and Irregular Warfare
Deter and Defeat Aggression
Project Power Despite Anti-Access/Area Denial Challenges
Counter Weapons of Mass Destruction
Operate Effectively in Cyberspace and Space
Maintain a Safe, Secure, and Effective Nuclear Deterrent
Defend the Homeland and Provide Support to Civil Authorities
Provide a Stabilizing Presence
Conduct Stability and Counterinsurgency Operations
Conduct Humanitarian, Disaster Relief, and Other Operations
The candidate must also demonstrate experience and ability to develop, edit, evaluate, and manage technical documentation, program material, and doctrine.
