Provides help line solutions to inquiries, problems and complaints relating to computer systems, applications and equipment, network and telephone systems. Also performs the day-to-day functions required to complete all assigned computer production scheduled tasks. Is responsible for the availability of all computer and communications systems as well as the accuracy and security of the equipment and data resources.

High school diploma.

3 years of previous Help Desk experience and 3 years of operating experience preferred.

Previous experience in a Health Care environment is desirable.

Skill in using computers and a variety of personal productivity applications.
Skill in end user network administration and end user hardware setup
Thorough knowledge of computer operating techniques, procedures and equipment
Sill in data analysis and interpretation
Ability to monitor equipment and control panels and make adjustments
