Knowledge of DoD Supply Chain processes and procedures and company practice. Able to learn DoD logistics terminology. Must be proficient in Microsoft software programs in order to research, develop and create documents and presentations. Must possess a knowledge of GOLD and its application to DoD supply processes.

Experience and a strong knowledge of applying advance database techniques for extracting querying and analyzing large amounts of raw data from various sources. Ability to multi-task in a high tempo, sometimes stressful environment with competing priorities. Desired skills Responsibilities include coordinating program spares related task order requirements with all functional organizations, performing analyzes and prepare reports to validate supply obligations, monitoring expenditures, and providing estimates. Ensure that the most efficient and effective processes are utilized in handling customer material.

Work in matrix organization. Plan, schedule and arrange own activities in accomplishing objectives. Maintain a complete understanding and application of business principals, concepts, practices and standards. Work with DOD systems.

Understand DOD cataloging process and DOD logistics terminology. Read and interpret technical orders and illustrated parts manual and drawings. Work with Microsoft software programs. Keep a working knowledge of GOLD and its applications.

Coordinate the Life Cycle Sustainment Management by providing logistical support to the program. This includes scheduling shipments or pick-ups with functional departments and completing required documentation for CONUS and OCONUS. Monitor and status equipment movement to include procuring the proper documentation to complete property transfers to the gaining entity. Coordinate and manage incoming equipment, assist with CAP Orders, and address issues when a discrepancy occurs.

Complete SSAVIE requisitions and Trouble Tickets submitted by users in the field. Answer and field all Helpdesk tickets submitted via the USSOCOM HelpDesk. Manage all equipment incoming from the field thru the Repair and Return process. Coordinate and manage the manufacture and application of UID labels to specified equipment/kits.

Work effectively with the PMO and internal functional areas in taking direction, answering questions, and handling issues that need resolution. Ensures the execution and continuous improvement of ELO processes. Specific Job Description This individual will be the Supply Chain Operations' lead for the SPEAR Program. Duties will include coordinating task order requirements with SCM personnel in kitting, MATCON, the warehouse, transportation, Repair and return, and SCM leadership.

The candidate will be a point of contact for all supply chain related SPEAR activities. This candidate will perform analyzes and prepare reports to validate supply obligations. The candidate will provide priority of work within the SPEAR portfolio of task orders as required. The candidate will ensure that the most efficient and effective processes are utilized in handling customer material.

The candidate will perform other related duties and assignments, as required. Standard Job Description Controls the efficient flow of goods, services, and information between point of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements. Ensures that customer service and time objectives are achieved within existing financial constraints in order to meet marketing and financial objectives. Ensures the execution and continuous improvement of standard logistics processes, such as the replenishment system, data interchange systems, demand management, electronic data systems administration and related functions.

Builds relationships with strategic customers through logistics initiatives. Integrates learning from customers, competitors, operating entities, distribution, transportation, customer service, other industries, industry groups, and professional training to continuously improve competitive position. Security Clearance Secret Typical Minimums Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 3 years of professional experience; or 1 year of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered experienced, but still a learner.
