We are looking for candidates who have a team and customer orientation , strong organizational skills, and can work well under pressure. Job duties will include supporting all store issues related to computers and the POS registers, and addressing POS and computer-related questions and concerns from our store crew members.
We expect a lot. But we give a lot, too.
This position requires a minimum of an AA/AS Degree or a minimum of 2 years experience in the computer field, good troubleshooting skills, A+ Certification, PC hardware and software training (is a plus). Excellent communication skills are a must! This is a full time position. The Help Desk is staffed 7 days a week from 4am-11pm, and this position will be scheduled 5 days a week, including at least one weekend shift.
