Our Marketing Sales Administration Team is currently looking for an energetic and knowledgeable individual to fill our Senior Web Programmer Position.

Primary Function The SR Web ProgrammerDeveloper is responsible for overseeing the development and programming of web projects to meet defined strategies. This position will communicate with clients to identify requirements for development projects. This position will also manage assigned resources to ensure developed websites meet specifications for functionality and effectiveness. This position will work in the Interactive Marketing Team to ensure web portal(s) enhance enrollment effectiveness.

High level strategy of technologies and frameworks, low level coding practices, and overall programming work flows will fall within the duties for this position. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Works with internal and external clients to develop strategies, establish project plans and timelines, and identify resources required to complete the project. Recommends improvement of the existing architecture and processes for development. Provides status reports to management on a regular basis based on approved project milestones.

Develops programming code for assigned web projects based on creative and marketing strategies stated in project guidelines. Teams with Computer Services, Marketing and other departments to develop site architecture for the website and new page development, web portals, lead capture pages, and integration of data collection to appropriate database systems. Tests web programming to ensure functionality prior to going live. Posts tested and approved coded data to websites.

Updates and evaluates active websites to ensure programming code for new and existing information remains fully functional with technology changes. Stays current on all programming-related technology trends and innovations, and escalates projected hardware and software updates in a proactive and timely manner. Track and fix errors and security issues on the servers hosting the websites for marketing. Implement analytics technology to allow statistics to be gathered and reported on to help identify success of marketing campaigns.

Informs helpdesk of server problems and assists in resolving problems. Available for off-hours support of server in-case of outages. QualificationsSkills Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences or related field required or equivalent experience. Five (5) years programming experience using ASP.NET (C), SQL, AJAX, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, Web Services, and CGI development.

Strong working knowledge of SQL Server, Windows Server Environments, IIS, DNS, firewalls, and other networkserver security issues, as well as web-based electronic software. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects, reliably meets deadlines, and produces fully functional web projects. Excellent customer service orientation with strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to be persuasive required. Ability to develop and maintain productive working relationships with internal and external customers.

Ability to be conceptually creative with the project team. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Working knowledge with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, XP, Internet) computer software. Must be flexible to meet changing priorities and achieve business objectives.
