Under direct supervision, maintains data integrity and support for SJH Materials Management electronic requisition application OmniBuyer and PeopleSoft.
Provides training and supports supply procurement application OmniBuyer and PeopleSoft for purposes of application security administration, application training and upgrade testing for all SJH associates
Provides support to Material Management Information Systems team, Purchasing and interacts with other SJHS departments.
Minimum Knowledge and Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems curriculum preferred
Minimum Work Experience
2 Years experience working within IT environment,
Web based requisitioning applications and business processes.
Software application training and support
Database Data analysis
Basic knowledge of Material Management procurement processes.
Specific Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
OmniBuyer application or electronic requisitioning
Previous Material Management electronic supply chain education/experience.
2 years work experience using Microsoft Office Product Suite with advanced experience using MS Excel and MS Access.
Understanding of PeopleSoft Material Management, Inventory and Purchasing set-up requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Problem solving and analytical skills, ability to work independently
