L-3 STRATIS is seeking an Agile Cyber Technology Program Manager in San Antonio, TX contingent upon contract award.
Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion. Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of task order projects. Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes. Coordinates the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract. Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. Develops new business or expands the product line with the customer. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. Directs the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing and administrative areas.
Must possess a Bachelor's degree in related field of management, information systems, or other related field.
Program Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Minimum of 15 years of total professional experience - 12 years with Master's degree
10 years experience in program management, with 5 years specifically designated as a program manager (PM) on a similar contract in terms of size, complexity, and team composition and depth.
Effectively able to manage funds, personnel, production standards, and resources and ensures quality and timely delivery of all contractual items.
Ability to direct internal and subcontractor team(s) and performs overall strategic management, planning, contract-level performance metrics, and production of overall contract/task order (TO) support operations.
Experience with EVMS
Experience with managing multiple Software Development methodologies including agile, spiral, and traditional waterfall.
Experience working with AFRL, DARPA, 24th AF, and AFSPACE.
