Summary: SymQuest Group, Inc. is looking for experienced information technology professionals to join our growing Admin Team. We have an immediate opening for a Contract Administrator at our South Burlington, VT location. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company in a fast-paced industry. Goals and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain contract database (All Types)
  • Create new contracts (All Types)
  • Complete daily/weekly/monthly contract billings (All Types)
  • Provide client support as it related to contract questions/rates
  • Provide internal sales reps with relevant service rate/contract profitability information
  • Scanning all new contracts
  • Process contract credits for all contract types
  • Month end reporting
  • Process Service Billing & Credits
  • Process Toner Billing & Credits

Essential Activities:

  • New contract creation/maintenance of contract database
  • Manage contract message inbox to ensure timely response
  • Provide support to internal and external clients
  • Other administrative duties

Educational Requirements:

  • College education or equivalent work experience

Technical Requirements:

  • PC Skills
  • Report generation experience preferred
  • Enjoy working with numbers
