Lowe’s is seeking a Temporary IT Recruiter to assist with a large-scale hiring project. The Temporary IT Recruiter will be responsible for performing all functions related to hiring qualified information technology professionals at Lowe’s Mooresville corporate location. Duties include, but are not limited to, conducting intake meetings with hiring managers, sourcing, screening, interviewing and assisting with the selection of candidates. This individual will also have responsibility for managing relationships with external recruiting partners. Length of assignment is approximately 6-months with a possible extension based on business need.
The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years experience recruiting professional-level Information Technology candidates.
Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate work experience in Recruiting is required Candidates must possess strong business acumen and the desire to promote collaboration with business units and other HR partners. Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to handle multiple projects with an appropriate sense of urgency are essential. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high pressure environment is required. Candidates must have strong Microsoft Office skills
