Oversees all aspects of events sales, contracting, planning, and execution to ensure maximize client satisfaction and the companys profitability by supervising all banquet functions and ensuring all aspects are in accordance with highest Hospitality industry standards. Work closely with clients, outside vendors, and hotel executives to coordinate event needs. Organizing and Hiring of banquet staff. Training of all banquet staff to meet established quality standards and procedures.

Management of staff schedules to ensure adequate staffing of banquet setup and execution. Oversee all duties of Banquet Supervisor(s) and Banquet Captains/Lead Servers. Discipline or correct any banquet/event staff not adhering to standards/procedures. Coordination with resort event management in the execution of banquet event orders o must be present at all banquets and events in order to supervise event and staff.

Representing the resort in a professional manner and maintain excellent customer and staff relations. Maintain public safety and health standards at the event venue.Require Associate Degree in Hotel Management with 5 years progressive work experience.
