Responsibilities include:
Resident assessments
Care planning
Supervision of care associates
Staff training
Program planning
If serving in single community, may directly supervise associates who are certified to pass medications
We seek the following qualifications:
Current RN state nursing certification in good standing with no actions on file
Minimum three (3) years working with the elderly
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of Brookdale Senior Living
Ability to effectively communicate and to understand and follow written/oral instructions
