Develops and implements an appropriate treatment plan for each patient. Serves as a resource of information and treatment skill for less knowledgeable staff, provide student supervision as needed. Supervises assigned support staff. Collaborates with intra and interdisciplinary team members regarding patient care.

Collaborates with patient, family, significant other in treatment and in discharge planning. Provides written documentation to the physician regarding the patient initially, at discharge, and at appropriate intervals. Baccalaureate Degree in Physical Therapy required. Master's or Doctorate Degree preferred.

Michigan State License in Physical Therapy required.
