PrimePay has an exciting opportunity in its Cromewell, CT office for a Payroll Specialist.
As a Payroll Specialist, you will:
Be the primary contact for assigned client payrolls, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction
Ensure payrolls are processed timely and accurately
Process new hires, changes, garnishment, deductions, etc.
Complete adjustments, as needed, to ensure tax compliance
Assist with quarterly and annual reporting requirements
1 year experience in either a customer service or financial environment
Previous payroll experience is highly preferred
Proven customer service, problem solving and organizational skills are a must
Computer and accurate keyboarding skills are required
Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
