Promote inventory accuracy by taking proactive and
corrective measures to ensure a 100% compliance in
accuracy. Develop programs and procedures that ensure
accuracy, assign the daily workload to inventory
personnel and follow up to ensure completion of task.
Vast knowledge of SAP is essential. Excellent
organizational, and computer skills. Requires working
with all departments within the plant and Corporate
Office daily providing feedback for reporting and
inventory control personnel
- Reconciliation of aged inventory and managing
cycle counting and inventory verification.
- Paperwork, filing.
- Organize and distribute daily inventory duties such as
status on cycle counting, mock recalls, adjustment
- Ensure that the facility maintains an up-to-date
reporting, current inventory processes, daily receipts
of products, daily in transits, daily claims and all
Candidate must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
Candidate should have excellent verbal and written
communication skills, experience working in a fast-paced
environment, strong people and budgetary skills, and
willingness to learn new systems and applications.
Candidate must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
Candidate must be able operate pallet jack, dock stocker
and high-lift. Ideal candidate will be advanced in
Excel, Word and PowerPoint programs. Experience with
SAP, TMC, TTS, PC Miler, email and excel/word computer
systems is preferred. The candidate must possess
leadership qualities, flexibility, attention to detail,
be customer focused, and have initiative.
