Job Title: PT Cake Decorator - Harveys
Responsible for providing quality deli-bakery products while providing great customer service to each and every Harveys customer. Carry out specific duties as assigned by deli/bakery manager. Operate and maintain oven, air brush and Kopy Kake projector. Prepare product for display cases, (i.e., cakes, pies, cupcakes, decorated cookies and novelty items). Use and understand tare and portion control and production guides. Have an understanding of all ingredients and how to mix icings and coordinate colors. Rotate and maintain appropriate product levels. Display product by plan-o-grams. Maintain backup product as needed. Clean and sanitize all equipment, utensils and work area. Prepare mixed items. Adhere to all company guidelines, policies and standard practices. Must have ability to use plan-o-grams, air brush and Kopy Kake projector, bakery scale/printer/cash register, and color coordination.
Ability to break down and reassemble equipment as needed for sanitation purposes.
