The Campus Operations Coordinator utilizes his/her people and project leadership skills to ensure Kaplan offers an exceptional student experience. They will conduct activities to ensure the seamless delivery of Kaplan University School of Professional and Continuing Education’s programs. Key Job Responsibilities: · Maintaining customer relationships by providing the highest level of service through order placement, timely follow-up of student requests and/or complaints, and maintaining a positive and friendly attitude. · Review class schedules to identify concerns, inconsistencies and suggest improvements to the Campus Manager. · Identify and proactively resolve issues that could impact delivery of the program to the student. · Assist instructors with pre-class preparations, not limited to classroom and audio visual set-up, student issues, class openings and shipping classroom materials. · Reconcile class attendance and student registration information post-class. May include keeping a record of student grades and/or certifications. · Report customer emergencies to campus manager and follow necessary corrective actions. · Become well versed in several product lines and systems with flexibility to adapt to changes with ease and optimism. · Provide customers with informational materials, including brochures, flyers, order forms. · Assist with coordination and delivery of classroom materials, involving travel to offsite classrooms. · Other duties as necessary including but not limited to facilities management. Minimum Qualifications: · Bachelors’ degree in related field · 2 years of customer support experience · Excellent grammar, spelling, writing and typing skills. · Strong organizational skills are required with a proven ability to consistently meet deadlines, as well as an established track record of attention to detail. · Ability to anticipate problems and prevent them before they arise, s/he will also be a strong crisis manager when they do arise. · Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Typical working shift:
Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m to 12:00 p.m.
