This position is responsible for supervising and training a team of line workers and team leads. This includes ensuring correct line set-up and crew size as well as making sure all safety, quality, and line standards are met. This position must also complete all necessary paperwork associated with product movement.
Qualifications include a High School Diploma/GED Equivalent, one year related previous experience and previous supervisory experience is preferred. Candidates must have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, motivational skills, the ability to give directions, the ability to use small tools and equipment, record keeping skills and math skills. This is a fast paced position and requires multi-tasking on a daily basis. This position also requires frequent twisting, bending, reaching, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds on a regular basis. Work hours are first shift and average 29 hours per week and will fluctuate based on business need.
