The Academies are currently recruiting a Key Accounts Associate to join their Partner Services division. As an integral team member, the Key Accounts Associate is uniquely positioned to provide service to and build relationships with existing Academies partners as well as identify and pursue new opportunities for Academies business. Our current opportunity is based in Washington, D.C.

Logistics Management: Work closely with team to coordinate and manage all logistical aspects of a partnership year. Schedule workshop dates on partner need, faculty content knowledge, faculty availability and travel feasibility Coordinate year-long curriculum for pool of partners, manage all logistical details of on-site workshops; order, track, and confirm materials with the partner, and ensure data integrity of records in internal databases

Account Management Work closely with an SD level Relationship Manager to ensure seamless delivery of service across the year, contribute to service plan and renewal strategy and identify opportunities for new business growth Develop a thorough knowledge of the value proposition and service model for all Academies programs and products Work closely with manager to identify new Academies business opportunities within your partnership pool and schedule on-site visits and phone appointments accordingly (approx. 4 per month) Provide thorough workshop and trip preparation to the faculty members and other senior team members traveling to your partner organizations Support faculty member by providing up to the minute partner intelligence and logistical information to assist them in best serving out partners on-site Contribute to the strategic planning of each partnership year Assist partners in navigating and trouble-shooting out online tools and resources
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Excellent academic record Must possess at least two of the following Leadership experience Customer service experience Experience working in a team environment Sales and fundraising experience Experience working in an office

Ideal Qualifications: Ability to work independently with little manager oversight Ability to communicate by e-mail and phone with senior executives Experience thinking through problems, identifying possible solutions Attention to detail Proven experience managing multiple, competing priorities Ability to successfully overcome challenges or obstacles Experience developing personal organization tactics to meet business goals
