DESCRIPTION

The Managed Print Services Account Specialists are sales professionals that have a designated list of current and competitive accounts. Their primary focus is to identify Print management opportunities in the present account population and to maintain and grow present account base. In addition, the Print Management Specialist will be the catalyst to drive new market share.

DUTIES

  • Engage in client opportunities alongside your general line sales team. Learn to teach your client's what they should know and how you're the only one who can help them. Learn the steps of the sales cycle and what it takes to win business, deliver great presentations and make big money.
  • Participate in team meetings, account planning war rooms, & forecast sessions. Learn the products & services and how they impact our client organizations. Create a true solution and learn to manage a complex sale.
  • You will attend our new hire training session focused on sharpening your talk tracks and sales skills. Learn to challenge your customers to think differently about their organization and how to tailor your message to each individual client & decision maker.
  • Learn to take a strategic approach to your territory strategy and how to create and execute a business plan around that strategy. Manage an account list of both current customers and new prospects. Your territory is your business, grow it! Create lasting business relationships in your territory.
  • Develop your skills in phone prospecting, delivering a presentation, leading a meeting, creating proposals, & coordinating a team. Take initiative and find self-development opportunities to further your potential.
  • Have fun, make money and celebrate our success.
Expectations:
  • 8 to 10 face to face appointments, 75 phone prospecting calls, 2 assessments, 1 business networking event, team meeting, manager 1-on-1, development meeting, phone blitz, war rooms each week
  • Sales database entry of notes, contacts, appointments, and pipeline daily.
  • Achieving monthly sales quotas
QUALIFICATIONS

1. BS/BA degree in business or other related field
2. Previous business-to-business sales experience or internship preferred but not required
3. Valid drivers license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage
4. Excellent communication (oral and written and presentation skills)
5. Proficiency using MS Office, e.g., PowerPoint, Excel and Word and the internet for research
6. Personal drive and internal motivation toward high achievement
7. Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team-oriented environment
8. Ability to influence, negotiate and gain commitment at all organizational levels
9. Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability; willingness to take risks and try new approaches
