Summary Our team here at Orbotix is looking for an extra hand in customer support. Up until now we ’ve been building balls, but now it ’s time to build relationships.   • Answering support tickets, e-mails, phone and chat in timely manner. - Applying the Sphero voice to all aspects of customer support. Requirements - Previous experience in customer support. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Consistent attention to detail. - An up-beat, team player outlook. - Ability to adapt and be flexible within the role. Nice-to-Have ’s - Previous startup experience.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and at the “speed of startup ”. - Interest in playing with robots at work.
