Position Title: Temporary Part Time Office Assistant (20-30 hours per week through the summer)

Purpose and Key Results of the Position:
Headquartered in Louisville, KY, CRS Reprocessing is a global leader in providing on-site reprocessing services in two market niches, Aluminum Cold Rolling and Slurry Reprocessing for wafer slicing operations in the photovoltaic and semiconductor industries. Current operations include facilities located across the United States, Europe, Korea and Japan. Backed by private equity partners who have a combined portfolio value in excess of $1 billion, CRS has the capital resources to continue to expand its operations across the US, Europe, and Asia, providing reprocessing services, process improvements and engineered solutions worldwide.
This position will provide administrative support to the CRS Louisville office. Duties will include general clerical, receptionist and project based work. The individual will project a professional company image through in-person, written and phone interaction.

Essential Functions: Answer telephones and route calls. Answer front door. Sign for and deliver packages from UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc. Meet and greet clients and visitors. Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office products. Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, presentations, contact lists and filing. Research, price, and purchase office and janitorial supplies. Maintain office equipment – Copier/fax, postage meter, etc. Prepare FedEx shipments for office staff. Call to cancel daily pickup if no packages that day. Trace shipments. Collect sort and distribute mail each day. Drop outgoing mail. Prepare domestic packages and mailings as needed (correspondence, brochures, marketing materials, apparel, computers, etc.). Assist in assembling and scanning receipts for expense reports (engineering department). Maintain conference rooms & lobby area (chairs in place, candy stocked, coasters stacked, tables wiped down). Maintain coffee/tea and kitchen supplies, check inventory and reorder. Maintain kitchen (load and run dishwasher, keep area clean, check refrigerator). Retrieve Wall Street Journal each morning; keep various newspaper and magazine subscriptions up to date. Maintain Churchill Downs tickets/calendar for employees. Assist with special projects. Assist Event Committee with employee events. Other administrative tasks, as needed.
