The Capture Manager for our Electronics C4ISR business is responsible for capture activites for the companys various land technical solutions and offerings focused on CECOM and NAVAIR. The Capture Manager is responsible for near and long-term positioning and capture execution for opportunities related to various weapons and combat systems integration solutions and programs. Will partner with operations in developing, influencing and shaping the market strategy to support growth targets by expanding market share and building upon existing programs.
Serves as the customer advocate during reviews to bring the voice of the customer into planning and strategy sessions. Organizes and conducts customer liaison activities such as customer meetings, facility tours, product demonstrations, security and export clearance tasks. Coordinates these activities with appropriate program management, cross business area and organization personnel.
Obtains marketing intelligence and competitive data pertaining to potential targeted pursuits, and develops marketing strategies for same.
Coordinates with operations to ensure that updated or new company technologies/capabilities match with new and emerging customer requirements.
Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of related experience
Active security clearance
Demonstrated experience with capture and winning business in the services industry
Knowledge of C4ISR market
Experience with CECOM programs Preferences:
Management and thought leadership capabilities
Capability in leading business development activities (e.g., developing customer relationships, account strategies, developing a qualified pipeline, building industry relationships, and leading capture and proposal activities)
Experience in leading captures in excess of $25m
