DESCRIPTION

Need to keep that Japanese language polished and get paid to for it? We have the perfect part time position for you. Part time Morning or Graveyard shift available.

Must speak Japanese & English fluently.

Dialogue Marketing is looking for high quality, motivated, French speaking customer service representatives for our inbound team.

SCHEDULE:
Day-
M-F 5:00 pm - 11:00 am
Weekends Off.

Graveyard-
M-F 10:00 pm - 3:00 am
Weekends Off.

DUTIES

  • Answering telephone call inquiries for troubleshooting and to assist with technical support.
  • Responsible for researching and resolving technical difficulties with customers.
  • Customer Service calls including; technical support and general customer assistance.
  • Maintain a quality monitoring score of 85% or greater.
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must speak Japanese/English fluently.
  • Minimum of 1 year of previous customer service experience; strongly prefer call center customer service experience in a wireless industry.
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED, some college preferred.
  • Demonstrated MS Word and Excel skills.
  • Type 25+ WPM.
  • Experience as a technical support is preferred.
  • Detail Orientated, Friendly, Courteous, Outgoing, and able to Multitask. *Answering telephone call inquiries for troubleshooting and to assist with technical support.
  • Responsible for researching and resolving technical difficulties with customers.
  • Customer Service calls including; technical support and general customer assistance.
  • Maintain a quality monitoring score of 85% or greater.
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
