Your responsibilities
  • Grow PERI's Market position within the assigned region
  • Develop a Regional Sales Strategy to support the National Business Strategy
  • Produce a Regional Sales Business Plan
  • Implement the Regional Sales Strategy using the Business Plan to drive, manage and monitor performance
  • Facilitate growth in the region's customer base and project portfolio, in particular in / around the proximity of our yard locations
  • Ensure PERI customers are satisfied customers
  • Manage and develop key customer accounts
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Sales Engineers
  • Establish and monitor performance goals of Sales staff
  • Define standards in conjunction with Quality Manager / Business Excellence team
  • Responsible for accurate, timely and detailed forecasting in line with PERI group wide standards and regulations
  • Manage and ensure effective and efficient coverage of sales opportunities
Your profile
  • Extensive experience in the construction industry
  • Experience in sales or general management in the construction industry or affiliated industries (ideally formwork / scaffolding sector)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • General understanding of engineering requirements to the formwork and scaffolding industry
  • Strong and charismatic personality able to lead and motivate a team
