The Associate Implementation Consultant is an entry-level position in the Support and Services area responsible for the technical implementation of the HighRoads solution to meet the clients’ needs. Working with the HighRoads Project Manager and under the direct supervision of the Senior Implementation Consultant or the technical advisor, the Associate Implementation Consultant helps translate customer needs into a technical configuration. The individual brings technical expertise to the project and supports the team during all phases of the implementation which include discovery, design, configuration, implementation, monitoring, management and results delivery. The Associate Implementation Consultant helps to configure the system, set up technical aspects of the system and gathers the required data to meet the client’s ongoing reporting and data integration

  • Have an overall technical understanding of the HighRoads solution
  • Under the direction of the Senior Implementation Consultant or the technical advisor, translate the business requirements to the technical configuration:
    • Create and accurately revise content using design tools for the appropriate module, including building and editing of Summary Plan Descriptions
    • Perform dictionary updates and management
    • Perform account/system administration, including roles and permissions
  • Assist with Readiness Reviews
  • Generate standard reports
  • Ability to understand one or more modules at a detailed level
  • Ability to navigate through the CMS and Plan Master
  • Ability to perform single document and bulk loads to and from CMS and Plan Masters
  • Ability to set up and navigate basic admin domain for users
  • Execute attribute management tasks:
    • Understand attribute types.
    • Under supervision, create attributes
    • Assign attributes; manual and bulk import
    • Test attribute assignment
  • Working under the guidance of a Senior IC, generate and manipulate data sources for plan design mapping
  • Work with MS Word doc comparison/merge, track changes, creating charts, setting heading and bullet styles, Table of Contents, and other advanced formatting
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing
  • Ability to create and or edit end user guides or training materials
  • Assist SPD Project Teams with:
    • SPD content edits
    • SPD format editing
    • Proof Reading
  • Analytical skills, attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to learn new applications quickly
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users and deliver solutions training
  • Ability to work in a cross team environment
  • Working knowledge of MS Word (specifically, formatting), Excel, PowerPoint
  • High-level understanding of employee benefits
Education and Background:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant field
  • Technical certification a plus; MS Office Suite
  • General practice is approximately 10 % travel to customer sites or corporate site.
