Position Summary: A Courier is a part of the Company’s operational support personnel. The Courier is a center piece of operational support services and deals with multiple departments within the company on a daily basis
Essential Functions: Operational Objectives • Handle night pick-ups and deliveries of interoffice mail. • Pick up Patient Care Records and supplies from locations throughout the operation. • Deliver Patient Care Records to appropriate drop off location. • Perform miscellaneous clerical duties such as logs and reports. • May work as a backup in the Supply department as needed. • Other tasks as assigned. Compliance • Requires a 60-month good MVR report. • Maintain a safe and healthy workplace in accordance with all appropriate OSHA standards, company policies and local standard operating procedures. • Complies and enforces all policies and procedures. • Ensures and inspects paperwork for accuracy and compliance. • Responsible for escalating concerns regarding questionable paperwork to appropriate management. • Has successfully completed all required Compliance Training within the required time period. • Has had no compliance related corrective action during the current review period. Training • Attend all Company required OSHA training, annual training, and all mandatory Company updates. Complete the training in the allotted time the Company sets. • Maintain knowledge about job, station locations, and all Company owned facilities.
Qualifications: • Excellent customer service skills • Willing to work a flexible work schedule • Drug screen and background check will be required • Must have High School diploma or equivalent Physical Requirements: Physical ability to perform all tasks required in the performance of typical Detail Tech. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to bend/stoop, push, pull, lift, and climb.
