This paralegal will focus on the following responsibilities:
Negotiate ISDA Agreements for the Citizens Bank Corporate Risk Solutions and Foreign Exchange groups.
Have a leading role in developing and managing documentation processes, procedures and tracking reports.
Manage trading documentation deal flow and maintain reports to track all outstanding and executed documentation.
Assist in the development, negotiation and tracking of proprietary FX agreements for the Foreign Exchange group including tracking those customers who trade on a “no doc” basis
Liaise with Citizens' Business, Credit, Legal and Compliance teams to address issues relating to trading documentation and ensure documentation templates reflect Citizens' Credit policies and are compliant with current laws and regulations.
