Morton's the Steakhouse, America's finest steakhouse is coming to Biloxi, MS. (locasted inside the Isle of Capri--soon to be rebranded as the Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino) and is looking for a Dining Room Manager with upscale/fine dining management experience!!

We operate restaurants primarily under the names of Rainforest Cafe, Saltgrass Steak House, Morton's - The Steakhouse, McCormick & Schmick's, Landry's Seafood, The Chart House, Oceanaire, Bubba Gump, and Claim Jumper, plus our upscale signature group of restaurants which includes Vic & Anthony's. Job Requirements

Requires at least 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume high end/fine dining establishment. Must be able to successfully coordinate the staff and resources in high volume, time sensitive environments. The Dining Room Manager must have a genuine desire to lead the team in producing a high quality product, a great deal of creativity, and experience in budgeting and managing FOH operations.
