Essential Job Duties
Assist the Human Development Value Stream team in developing and implementing system-wide OD practices and processes designed to move ThedaCare toward their strategic plans, values, and vision.
Ensure Managers and Executives have the knowledge and skills to continually improve Employee Engagement.
Facilitates individual, team and organizational focused interventions based on rigorous assessment data/research findings.
Ensures ThedaCare has core development/talent management processes that aligns with the organizations changing competency needs.
Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
Three to five years experience in some form of organizational development role. Excellent relational skills with demonstrated experience in assessment processes (individual, team, organizational) leadership coaching/development, learning and development and employee engagement strategies. Excellent group process skills with experience in Process Improvement System thinking and practices.
Masters degree, or willingness to get one, required. Focus should be on organizational or business management, organizational psychology, education, or related field.
